From Hong Kong roast meats and claypot rice to comforting noodle bowls and traditional dim sum, we've put together a menu inspired by the flavours of Hong Kong and Canton (now known as Guangzhou).
Our soup noodles are served in a light, fragrant broth that's full of flavour, allowing each ingredient to shine. Freshly prepared and served with your choice of noodles, they're a true taste of Hong Kong comfort food.

Our signature Hong Kong roast meats are prepared fresh daily using traditional Cantonese roasting techniques, delivering crisp crackling, succulent meat and rich, authentic flavours. Served with steamed jasmine rice or soup noodles, each dish is finished with our fragrant house roast meat sauce and accompanied by seasonal greens.

Traditionally, rice is cooked slowly in a clay pot over high heat, allowing it to absorb the flavours of the toppings while creating a delicious golden crispy layer of rice at the bottom, known as the rice crust. Because every claypot pot rice is cooked to order, it takes around 20 minutes to prepare, but we think it's well worth the wait.
